10th Anniversary of the American Bank of Albania

On 24 September 2008, the American Bank of Albania celebrates the 10th Anniversary of its establishment, thus becoming one of the pioneers of the banking industry in Albania, as well as a leader in this young and competitive market.
In the year 1998, at a time when the banking system was coming out of a harsh economical crisis, the American Bank of Albania became the bank to return the trust of the people in the Albanian banking system.
Today, the American Bank of Albania counts about 130,000 customers and over 500 employees. As at August 2008, it had total deposits of LEK 103.4 billion and total loans of LEK 41.8 billion.
