On 28 September 2007, both the Steering Councils and the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Assembly of the American Bank of Albania approved the Draft Merger Plan of the merger by incorporation of Banca Italo-Albanese (the absorbed company) with and into the American Bank of Albania (the absorbing company).
