Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance offers dedicated credit lines with facilitated conditions, state support and simplified application processes.

- Farmers and agribusinesses with active NIPT.
- Entities planning investments in technology, equipment, manufacturing, agriculture and tourism.
Financing products
Main benefits:
• Target group: Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as well as farmers who are registered and equipped with the farmer's NIPT certificate.
• Loan term: 3-10 years
• Maximum amount for MSME (Nipt/NUIS): ALL 200,000,000
• IR: 2%
• Administration fee: 0.5%
• Currency: LEK
• Financing type: Installment loan only
• Prepayment fee: 0%
• Loan purpose: Investments in fixed assets and technological platforms, which serve to increase production capacity, production quality and their operational efficiency
• Loan refinancing: Only refinancing of loans disbursed under the PFBVM program is allowed
• Last Disbursement Date: 20.12.2027
• Last Application Date: 20.11.2027
• State guarantee: covers up to 70% of the loan principal amount
• Grace period (no principal payment): will no longer be less than 12 months, except in cases where the Borrower prefers a shorter period

• Manufacturing machinery and equipment: production lines, CNC machinery, packaging, refrigeration and quality control equipment.
• Process digitalization: ERP, manufacturing and warehousing software, CRM, traceability, e-commerce, cloud and cybersecurity.
• International certifications and standards: HACCP, ISO, Global G.A.P., CE, laboratory equipment and quality management systems.
• Energy efficiency and green competitiveness: solar panels for own consumption, efficient equipment and motors, heating-cooling systems and energy recovery.
• Logistics, storage and functional infrastructure: warehouses, cold rooms, distribution systems, commercial vehicles, lifting equipment and warehouse automation.
The loan disbursement deadline is until December 20, 2027, so we invite you to apply by November 20, 2027.
How does the application process work?
1. Preliminary consultation
Explains the business needs and the investment project.
2. Submission of documentation
Identification documents, NIPT, tax certificate, 12-month account statement, investment plan and additional documents according to the product. Free technical assistance: the state finances with a grant expert to help with the business plan and application documentation.
3. Assessment and approval
Financial analysis and, when applicable, procedures for state guarantees. The bank assesses the risk, while the Guarantee Management Agency (AMGKP) confirms state coverage up to 70%.
4. Disbursement and monitoring
Repayment according to the calendar, grace period when applicable, and ongoing support from our team.

- Extract from the CKB/NIPT and identification document of the legal representative. For farmers, a registration certificate (NIPT) and confirmation of the type of activity are required

- Additional documents specific to the product
