Terms of the Loan
• Maturity up to 15 years for investment loans.
• Maturity up to 4 years for working capital loans.
• Maximum loan amount for investment loans: 500,000 Euro.
• Maximum loan amount for working capital loans: 300,000 Euro.
• Currency in LEK & EUR.
• Guarantee: Same collateral package as in the other bank, not less than 120% of the loan value (investment loan).
• With at least 12 months of credit history for the line of credit to be refinanced in other banks and microfinance institutions.
• No administration fee is applied for the refinanced amount.
Interest Rates in EUR
Fixed interest rate for working capital loans throughout the duration of the loan. For investment loans, the fixed interest rate applies for the first two years, while after this period, a variable interest rate applies: 1-year Euribor + 2.5%

Basic Documentation required
• Legal documents of the business activity.
• Financial statements.
• Collateral documents.
• Account statements from banks where there is credit for the last 12 months.
• Prior Consent Clause signed by the subject, to check in the credit register of the Bank of Albania.
