Notice of change in working conditions

We would like to inform you that, starting from March 17, 2026, some changes will be applied to the terms and conditions of some of our products and services.

The changes relate to:

• SMS notification service. The monthly fee will be 150 LEK.
• Savings account/Savings plan. The monthly maintenance fee, if the balance in the savings account is below the minimum balance, will be 150 LEK / 1.5 EUR / 1.5 USD / 1.5 GBP.

 This change will be made depending on the currency of your savings account.

• Automatic renewal of term deposit. The automatic renewal fee, applicable at the time of renewal of the deposit, will be 100 LEK / 1 EUR / 1 USD / 1 GBP and this change will be applied to each renewal of your deposit, according to the currency in which you have the deposit.
• Daily limit for card use on the Internet (Online):

Visa Inspire – 100,000 LEK / 15 transactions

Daily limit for deposits at the Bank's ATMs:

Visa Inspire – 500,000 LEK / 5 transactions

Visa Classic – 5,000 USD / 5 transactions

Mastercard Standard – 5,000 EUR / 5 transactions

Mastercard Gold – 6,000 EUR / 5 transactions

Mastercard Business – 7,000 EUR / 5 transactions

Apart from the above-mentioned changes, all other contractual terms remain unchanged.
