INFORMATION ON LOANS POSTPONEMENT

Tirana, March 18, 2020 - Following the extraordinary situation created by the emergency of COVID-19, Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania welcomes the mutual decision of the Prime-Minister and the Governor of the Bank of Albania to postpone the installments on existing loans for 3 month-period for families and companies affected by the COVID-19 emergency.

Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania is ready to stand by those families and companies directly and indirectly affected by the COVID-19 emergency. At this time, we are developing internal plans and regarding procedures that will be followed from the Bank and its customers that wish to postpone existing loans and further support for our customers.

Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania will quickly evaluate all requests received. We assure our customers that we are deploying significant human resources to serve them the best we can.
