Tirana, 5 October, 2022 – Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania successfully organized the "Business Event" in the premises of Rogner Hotel, Tirana.

This event is the first in the series of "Business Events", which the Bank plans to hold for its partners and clients. In the event were invited representatives of the EBRD, clients of small and medium businesses as well as corporates, and representatives of the Bank. Participants were introduced to numerous financing opportunities for green investments, mainly the investments for photovoltaic panels.

The event opened with the welcome speech of Mr. Alessandro D'Oria, CEO of Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania, who expressed thanks to the invitees and valued the continuous collaboration between them and the Bank. The event continued with the presentation by Mrs. Dorina Peristeri, representative of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), for the financing opportunities offered to local businesses that make sustainable investments. Mr. Alessandro Grillo, Director of the Corporate Division and Mrs. Klodiana Keçi-Piqani, Head of Retail Division presented the products offered by Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania in alignment with environmental and social principles (ESG).

Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania, as part of the Intesa Sanpaolo group, emphasized its commitment to these principles by offering products that help protect the environment. Such is the financing for photovoltaic panels, a product with competitive conditions for the development of renewable energy. Mr. Alban Zusi, shareholder of the companies AZ Group and INCA, also expert of economic issues, offered his testimony about the investment in photovoltaic panels through Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania. He shared with the guests his impressions and satisfaction along the loan disbursement process, collaboration and the preferential terms of the product.

At the end, the trading companies of electrical materials and renewable energy had the opportunity to present their products and services to the guests. The interested business representatives shared their contacts and received answers for various questions.
