Promotional Campaign Rules

1. Purpose of the campaign

This promotional campaign aims to encourage the opening of bank accounts/packages by new customers, by offering a monetary reward to customers who meet the conditions set out in these rules.

2. Campaign period

The campaign will be valid from 18 May 2026 until 31 July 2026, or until the allocated campaign funds are exhausted, whichever occurs earlier.

If the allocated funds are exhausted before 31 July 2026, the bank reserves the right to terminate the campaign before the specified end date.

3. Beneficiaries and eligibility criteria

Beneficiaries of this campaign will be all customers who meet the following conditions:

  • Are individuals over 18 years old;
  • Open a current account with the bank for the first time during the campaign period;
  • Activate at least the three products required by the campaign: current account, debit card, and digital banking;
  • Present/declare the campaign promotional code at the time of application or product opening;
  • Meet the acceptance, verification, and documentation criteria required by the bank;
  • Have the products opened and active at the time the reward is credited.

4. Reward

Each eligible customer will receive a reward in the amount of ALL 2,000.

The amount will be credited to the customer’s current account opened during the campaign period. The reward is net, and the customer will receive the final amount of ALL 2,000 in their account.

5. Method and deadline for crediting the reward

Customers who qualify will have the reward credited to their current account within 30 days from the date of account opening, provided that all criteria set out in these rules have been met and the campaign funds are still available.

If the funds allocated for the campaign are exhausted before the crediting of the reward is completed, the bank reserves the right not to make any further crediting.

6. Restrictions and exclusions

The reward will be granted only once to each eligible customer during the entire campaign period.

Existing customers or customers who have previously held an account with the bank, customers under 18 years old, customers who do not correctly declare the promotional code, or customers who do not meet all the specified criteria, will not qualify for the reward.

If one or more of the required products are closed, suspended, cancelled, or become inactive before the reward is credited, the bank reserves the right not to credit the reward.

7. Bank’s rights and final provisions

The bank reserves the right to verify each customer’s compliance with the conditions before crediting the reward.

The bank reserves the right to interpret, amend, suspend, or terminate this campaign in accordance with its internal policies and applicable legislation.

In the event of abuse, misuse, incorrect declaration of data, incorrect use of the promotional code, or non-compliance with the campaign conditions, the bank reserves the right to exclude the customer from receiving the reward.

Participation in this campaign implies full acceptance of the conditions set out in these rules.
