Supporting families and businesses in times of crisis is important to Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania, part of Intesa Sanpaolo Group, which initiated an Earthquake Relief and Support Plan for those affected by the disaster and later on, a Support Plan for Individuals and Legal Entities affected by COVID-19 Crisis aimed to provide support and financial relief to Albanian Economy. In response to the global pandemic, the Bank’s smart working platform enabled more than 70% of the staff in Head Office to work from home and deliver a seamless service to customers”.
