Tirana, October 7th, 2021: Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania, part of Intesa Sanpaolo Group, delivers unique, secure and transparent Digital Banking experience for its customers who can now benefit from end-to-end processes within one application.

All Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania customers that have complete data profile in the Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania systems, can now enroll in the Digital Banking service entirely online without physically visiting the Bank’s Branches.

By activating online their digital signature #withSIGN the customers can sign the contracts electronically and access products and services of the bank not only entirely online but also through a paperless process. The activation of digital signature is done within the Digital Banking application and no other applications are required, thus ensuring our clients full security in digital transactions.    

Applying for fast loan product now requires zero visits to branch and zero paper printed. The whole process of fast loan application and disbursement is now available on the Digital Banking platform (desktop and mobile).

Application for debit cards can be managed completely online and the customer can choose the branch where he/she wants to pick up the debit card.

Relationship Managers will send to customers personalized offers that can be purchased entirely online. Customers will be able to upload required documents online and sign the contracts electronically through #withSIGN digital signature.

Customers of our Bank are encouraged to take full advantage of the upgraded Digital Banking platform for their everyday banking needs enabled without the requirement of their physical presence in the Branches.
