Notice to the Investors of Eurizon Fund, Eurizon Fund II, Eurizon Manager Selection Fund, Eurizon Next 2.0, Eurizon AM SICAV, Eurizon Investment SICAV and YourIndex SICAV, all undertakings for collective investments constituted under Luxembourg law (the “Funds”)

The Investors are hereby informed that, as part of a broader reorganization project of the Wealth Management Divisions of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group aimed at streamlining the administrative and legal structure of the so-called “product factories”, Eurizon Capital S.A., the designated management company of the Funds, will be merged upstream into its parent company Eurizon Capital SGR S.p.A.(the “Cross-Border Merger”) by incorporation on 01 December 2025 (the “Merger Date”). Eurizon Capital SGR S.p.A. is an Italian based public limited company (società per azioni) having its registered office at Via Melchiorre Gioia, 22, I-20124 Milan and is registered at the Milan Company Register under n° 04550250015. Eurizon Capital SGR S.p.A. is governed by Italian laws and regulated by the bank of Italy (Banca d’Italia). Eurizon Capital SGR S.p.A is registered in Italy in the Register of Asset Management Companies (Albo delle Societa di Gestione del Risparmio) under no. 3 in the UCITS Managers section and under no. 2 in the AIF Managers section.
From the Merger Date, Eurizon Capital SGR S.p.A. will act in Luxembourg through a newly opened branch, Eurizon Capital SGR S.p.A. - Luxembourg Branch, in which all the currently existing human resources, operational and technical structures of Eurizon Capital S.A. will be contributed. On the Merger Date, Eurizon Capital SGR S.p.A., acting through Eurizon Capital SGR S.p.A. - Luxembourg Branch, will then become the designated management company of the Funds.
The Cross-Border Merger will not result in any change to the features of the Funds (investment objective, investment policy, strategy, SFDR classification, appointed providers, etc.) nor in any increase in fees or charges to be borne by the Investors of the Funds. No costs in relation to the Cross-Border Merger will be borne by the Investors of the Funds.
The Cross-Border Merger will be reflected in the Funds offering documentation dated 01 December 2025 and in the Funds’ management regulations, if any. These documents will be available free of charge at the office Eurizon Capital SGR S.p.A. - Luxembourg Branch, on its website www.eurizoncapital.com, at the registered office of the Depositary Bank, as well as at the registered offices of the distribution agents.
