Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania njofton praprakisht të gjithë klientët individë apo përfaqësues ligjorë të subjekteve juridike (nënshtetas shqiptarë), të cilët kanë depozituar pranë Bankës si dokument identifikimi: kartë identiteti apo pasaportë biometrike, të lëshuar gjatë vitit 2009, të cilave u përfundon afati i vlefshmërisë gjatë vitit 2019, se në bazë të LIGJIT Nr. 11/2019 PER NJE SHTESE NE LIGJIN NR.8952, DATE 10.10.2002, “PER LETERNJOFTIMIN ELEKTRONIK TE SHTETESAVE SHQIPTARE”, TE NDRYSHUAR, afati i vlefshmërisë së letërnjoftimeve elektronike të shtetasve shqiptarë, të lëshuar nga data 09.02.2009 deri në datën 31.12.2009 dhe që përfundon brenda vitit 2019, zgjatet deri në datën 31.12.2019.
Për sa më sipër, Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania u kërkon klientëve të saj që gjatë vitit 2019 të rinovojnë dokumentin e identifikimit sipas proçedurave përkatëse për të shmangur vonesa në ofrimin e shërbimit.

Refurbishment of Façade in Main Head Quarters
Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania, guarantees complete and substantial compliance with legislative provisions in force in Albania. Based on its Code of Ethic and Corporate Social Responsibility the Bank continuously supports the Community and the Environment. In its dedicated work for offering to all clients a qualitative service, a friendly and pleasant place during their stay in the Bank, a special attention is always paid to investments in branch network and façades adding value to the places where the Bank is located. Reconstruction of Bank premises at Rr. e Barrikadave, Façade of our Main Branch and Head Quarters, not only improved the Bank’s image, but also supported the community of the area granting a pleasant, lighted and clean place.
The next project “Refurbishment of Façade” of Head Quarters, in agreement with the major part of the residents (pursuant to the law in force) will improve the image of the Bank and will add value to one of the most attractive areas of Tirana City, in Rr. I. Qemali.
Pursuant to Law no.107/2014, dated 31/07/2014, (as amended), Decision of Council of Ministers No. 408, dated 13/05/2015 (as amended) and Instruction of the Mayor of Tirana no. 8741, dated 21/03/2016 (as amended), upon related application, to the Bank is granted on this regard the Municipality Permission protocol no. B-421/1, dated 16.01.2019.
